ASD enters into distribution agreement with Mouser Electronics
Arctic Silicon Devices has entered into a distribution agreement with
Mouser Electronics. The products from ASD will be marketed and sold
world-wide by Mouser including on Mouser's on-line ordering system.

Arctic Silicon Devices' GLACIER family
of Analog-to-Digital Converters Enables Significant Power Savings in
Medical Ultrasound and Multiple Antenna Radio Systems

of Analog-to-Digital Converters. The family consists of 8-channel
12-bit ADCs with speeds ranging from 20 to 80 MSPS conversion rate.

family of Analog-to-Digital Converters
Arctic Silicon Devices AS introduces the SNOWFLAKE
family of world class high performance ADCs. The
family consists of single and dual channel converters with 10 and 13/12 bits
of resolution. The speed ranges from 15 megasamples per second (MSPS)
to 80 MSPS. All products have Ultra Low Power Dissipation that
outcompetes the market leaders, while

ASD is proud to announce the approval as a member of the MI Lab
research program. MI Lab is organized by the Norwegian University of
Science and Technology, and several major international companies

Silicon Devices AS signed distribution agreement
Arctic Silicon Devices AS, ASD, has signed a non-exclusive distribution
agreement
with
Cadeka Microcircuits LLC. ASD's products will be marketed and
sold
world wide by Cadeka and their sales and distribution partners under
the Cadeka product brand.
Cadeka develops, markets and sells COMLINEAR®
amplifier products, which often are required in applications
where ASD products are used. Hence, there are significant synergies
between the companies, both from a market and a technical perspective.

agreement is a giant leap for ASD into the marketplace for mixed signal
semiconductors", says Olav Lindquist, VP of Sales and Marketing for
ASD. "We have now established a well proven market channel
for ASD's products. In addition, the products from the two companies
together enable powerful solutions to demanding design challenges for
