The ASD0455 is a
10-bit monolithic, low-cost, analog-to-digital converter with
TTL/CMOS outputs. The ASD0455 runs from a single 5V supply and consumes
135 mW at 25 MSPS conversion rate. The digital outputs are user
selectable to +3V or +5V TTL/CMOS levels.
The ASD0455 is
available in
28-lead SOIC and 32-lead TQFP packages over the commercial temperature
range, and is pin compatible with the other products in the 10bit
family, ASD0460/61.
